\n2. Microsoft recommends uninstalling any CD\/DVD Burning Software PRIOR <\/strong>to performing this hack.
\n3. Open up the Registry Editor. Start >> Run >> regedit.
\n4. Go to this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\/SYSTEM\/CurrentControlSet\/Class\/{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
\n5. Delete the keys “UpperFilters” and “LowerFilters”.
\n6. Reboot the computer.<\/p>\n
