The error number is 0x80004005.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This is generally caused when you upgraded from 2000\/2003 and didn&#8217;t put in replicas for the old email groups.<br \/>\nYou can find out by opening the powershell and running the following:<br \/>\n<code>Get-PublicFolder -Identity \"\\NON_IPM_SUBTREE\\SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY\" -Recurse | fl name,Replicas<\/code><\/p>\n<p>In my case I got<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/it.thelibrarie.com\/weblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/ex_fbinfo.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/it.thelibrarie.com\/weblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/ex_fbinfo.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"ex_fbinfo\" width=\"581\" height=\"147\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-900\" srcset=\"https:\/\/it.thelibrarie.com\/weblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/ex_fbinfo.png 581w, https:\/\/it.thelibrarie.com\/weblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/ex_fbinfo-300x75.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 581px) 100vw, 581px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Well I had my Back-End Admins group (the one from exchange 2003) had a Replicas {} listed.  The screen shot shows what it *should* look like.<\/p>\n<p>To fix, just copy the FB information to your current public folder database:<br \/>\n<code>Set-PublicFolder -Identity \"\\NON_IPM_SUBTREE\\SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY\\EX:\/o=lkj\/ou=Back-End Admins\" -replicas \"EXCHANGESERVER\\Second Storage Group\\Public Folder Database\"<\/code><\/p>\n<p>And then, if you&#8217;re not a patient person, run outlook via the following:<br \/>\n<code>outlook.exe \/cleanfreebusy<\/code><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Exchange 2007 server was getting error eventID 8207: Error updating public folder with free\/busy information on virtual machine SERVERNAME.
